Message	Can a dealer add on destination charges on the invoice after the sale price has been negotiated? I was under the impression it was included on the sticker price. It's for a 2010 Nissan altima. 1993 300zx TT White 1993 Mazda Miata red 1996 Chevy s10 pickup-DD
